Lucille Ball: The Kindness of Laughter

The last decade of Lucille Ball's life was spent mostly out of the spotlight and around the backgammon table. Her longtime friend, Lee Tannen, wrote about this period in her life in his memoir, titled I LOVED LUCY. As he holds up one corner of her Personal Safety Net, he shows us just how true that saying is, money can't buy love. Friendship is a true gift from the heart.
